This convention defines a set of norms and common behavioral norms for YaY Live; They provide guidance on what is allowed and not allowed, making YaY Live a a warm space for everyone. We reserve the right to delete any content, including but not limited to audio, images, comments, and text that violates the Convention. We also reserve the right to suspend or strictly prohibit accounts or devices that involve serious or repeated violations. In these decisions, we will consider information available on other platforms and offline.When necessary, we will report the accounts to the relevant legal department. Users will receive notification of our decision, and if they believe that there has been no violation, they can appeal.

非法活動和管制商品
lllegal activities and controlled goods

We strive to ensure that YaY Live does not support illegal activities.
我們不允許發佈與製造、貿易、銷售、促銷和使用某些受管制商品、藥物或其他受管制物質有關的內容，也不允許發佈與描述、宣傳或協助犯罪活動有關的內容。
We do not allow the publication of content related to the manufacture, trade, sale, promotion, and use of certain controlled goods, drugs, or other controlled substances, nor do we allow the publication of content related to describing, promoting, or assisting criminal activities.

Harassment and bullying are not allowed, including but not limited to tracking, personal attacks, promoting personal injury, and malicious false reporting. Any content or behavior that damages, harms, or otherwise violates the integrity of YaY Live services or the experience of platform members is strictly prohibited. This type of content or activity includes but is not limited to:

Unauthorized use of copyrighted materials and trademarks, or other forms of intellectual property infringement;大量不需要的消息；
A large amount of unnecessary messages;未經授權的廣告；

Mistransmission;
傳播病毒、木馬、蠕蟲、邏輯炸彈或其他惡意或技術上有害的材料；
Spread viruses, Trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other malicious or technically harmful materials;

Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or create any derivative products based on our services, including any files, tables, or documents, and attempt to regenerate any original code, algorithms, methods, or technologies included in our services;

Any use of automated scripts to collect information from our services.
充值與付費服務
Recharge and payment services
本平臺提供的服務可能涉及有償付費服務，若您希望獲得該服務，您可以通本平臺所提供的付費管道進行充值以購買平台所提供的鑽石或其他虚擬資產，或直接充值購買對應的付費服務。
1. The services provided by the Platform may involve paid paid services. If you wish to obtain the services, you can recharge through the payment channels provided by the Platform to purchase diamonds or other virtual assets provided by the platform, or directly recharge to purchase the corresponding paid services.
2.在充值或購買付費服務之前，請您仔細閱讀對應的鑽石或其他虛擬資產或付費服務的詳細內容，以確保您取得您需要的鑽石或其他虚擬資產或付費服務，如對充值或付費的內容有所疑問，您可以通過我們在本條款末提供的聯繫方式向我們諮詢，在您消除疑問之前請勿隨意充值。
2. Before recharging or purchasing paid services, please read the details of the corresponding diamonds or other virtual assets or paid services carefully to ensure that you get the diamonds or other virtual assets or paid services you need. If you have any questions about the content of recharging or paying, you can contact us through the contact information provided by us at the end of this term.Do not recharge until you have cleared your doubts.
3.您應知悉，為保障您的財產安全，請選擇本平臺認可的充值管道進行充值，任何非本平臺認可的充值管道，平台均不會為您提供對應的鑽石或其他虚擬資產，或提供對應的付費服務，屆時造成的一切爭議和損失由您自行承擔。
3. You should be aware that in order to protect the safety of your property, please choose the top-up channel approved by the Platform for top-up. Any top-up channel not approved by the Platform will not provide you with the corresponding diamonds or other virtual assets, or provide the corresponding paid services, and all disputes and losses caused by the platform shall be borne by you.
4.您應知悉，您充值後獲得的鑽石或其他虚擬資產或付費服務，均不得轉讓於第三人。
4. You should be aware that the diamonds or other virtual assets or paid services obtained by you after top-up cannot be transferred to a third party.
5.請您理解，出於保護您的帳戶安全與財產權益，當我們檢測到存在帳戶安全風險、存在虚假交易可能、存在缺乏對應民事行為能力之自然人（如未獲監護人許可的兒童）進行充值等情況時，我們可能拒絕您的充值要求。
5.Please understand that in order to protect your account security and property rights and interests, when we detect the existence of account security risks, the existence of false transactions, the existence of natural persons who lack the corresponding civil capacity (such as children without the permission of the guardian) to recharge, we may refuse your recharge request.
6.您應知悉，除非本協議另有約定，平台提供的所有有償服務及虚擬物品（如金幣），一經購買則不可撤銷，本公司不為您已經購買的服務提供退款
6. You should be aware that, unless otherwise agreed in this Agreement, all paid services and virtual goods (such as gold coins)provided by the Platform are irrevocable once purchased, and the Company will not refund the services you have purchased.
