· 年齡限製： 用戶必鬚年滿 18 歲纔能使用該應用 。
· 任何通過僞造年齡在平颱上註冊的未成年人 ，其賬號將被凍結或刪除 。
3. 內容監控與審覈
· AI 監控繫統： 我們使用AI 技術實時監控和過濾敏感內容， 包括圖像 、 視頻 、文本和其他形式的用戶生成內容（UGC）。
· 人工審覈糰隊： 專門的內容審覈糰隊優先審覈被舉報的內容 ，確保涉嫌違法內容被及時刪除 。
4. 舉報與應急響應機製
· 一鍵舉報功能： 用戶可以快速舉報可疑內容或行爲 ，平颱將盡快展開調查 ，或通過yaylive001@gmail.com聯繫我們。
· 應急響應糰隊： 設有專門的應急糰隊處理緊急兒童安全問題 ，確保在法律允許的範圍內曏相關執法機構報告問題 。
5. 用戶教育與意識
· 安全提示： 通過應用內通知和教育模塊 ，指導用戶如何識彆和預防網絡風險 。
6. 法律閤作與責任
· 我們緻力於與全球執法機構和行業組織閤作 ，打擊在線兒童性剝削和虐待 。
· 我們嚴格遵守相關法律法規（如《兒童在線隱俬保護法》（COPPA）和《通用數據保護條例》（GDPR） ） ，併定期更新我們的政策以符閤最新要求 。
7. 製裁與用戶處罰
· 違反本政策將導緻以下後果：

YaY Live uses automated and manual systems to detect activity involving minors and child sexual exploitation and abuse (“CSEA”). Our platform strictly prohibits any content or conduct related to child sexual exploitation and abuse, including but not limited to the following:
· Sexualization of minors and child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE)
· Sharing, creating, or disseminating content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation.
· Content involving sexual fetishism related to minors, such as discussions, sexualized role-playing, or wearing sexualized clothing, is prohibited.
· Depicting child nudity or sexualization in any form, including artistic representations such as drawings or animation.
· Uploading, posting, or sharing sexualized content involving children.
· Using the platform in any form to groom, harass, or harm minors.
· Collecting, sharing, or disclosing minors’ private information without guardian consent.
User Verification and Age Restrictions
· Age restriction: Users must be at least 18 years old to use the app.
· Any minor who registers on the platform by falsifying their age will have their account frozen or deleted.
Content Monitoring and Moderation
· AI monitoring system: We use AI technology to monitor and filter sensitive content in real time, including images, videos, text, and other forms of user-generated content (UGC).
· Manual review team: A dedicated content review team prioritizes reported content to ensure that content suspected of being illegal is removed promptly.
Reporting and Emergency Response Mechanism
· One-click reporting feature: Users can quickly report suspicious content or behavior, and the platform will launch an investigation as soon as possible, or contact us at yaylive001@gmail.com.
· Emergency response team: A dedicated emergency team handles urgent child safety issues and ensures that issues are reported to relevant law enforcement agencies to the extent permitted by law.
5.User Education and Awareness
· Safety tips: Through in-app notifications and educational modules, we guide users on how to identify and prevent online risks.
6.Legal Cooperation and Responsibility
· We are committed to cooperating with global law enforcement agencies and industry organizations to combat online child sexual exploitation and abuse.
· We strictly comply with relevant laws and regulations (such as the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)) and regularly update our policies to meet the latest requirements.
Sanctions and User Penalties
· Violation of this policy will result in the following consequences:
1.Deletion of violating content and freezing of user accounts.
2.Reporting serious violations to law enforcement agencies and cooperating with investigations.

We will regularly review and update this policy to ensure its effectiveness and forward-looking nature and to adapt to the changing online environment and technological advances.
