To delete your YaY Live account, please use the in-app deletion flow whenever possible.

If you cannot access the app or cannot complete the in-app flow, you can request account deletion by email without signing in. Send an email to yaylive001@gmail.com with the subject YaY Live Account Deletion Request.
Start an account deletion request / 開始申請刪除帳號請在郵件中提供以下資料 / Include the following information in your request:
1. Your YaY Live account ID, or the phone number/email used to sign in.
2. The country or region associated with the account.
3. A statement confirming that you want to permanently delete the account and associated personal data.
4. Do not send your password, SMS verification code, payment card number, or other secret credentials.
Verification and processing / 身份核驗與處理
For account security, we may ask for reasonable information to verify that you own the account. After verification, we will process the deletion request and delete or anonymize the account and personal data that we are not required to retain. Information that must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or financial-record purposes will be retained only for the required period and then deleted or anonymized.
Deleting an account is permanent. It may remove the account profile, user-generated content, messages, social relationships, and access to account-related benefits. We will reply to the request using the contact method provided. If you sent the request from an email address that is not associated with the account, additional ownership verification may be required.
